Set-up and Dismantling
For the entry schedule and details linked to your booth installation,you must fill Form 3 and send us all the necessary information we need in order to be able to help you the best way we can. Then, at the beginning of April, you will receive a phone call or an e-mail from Marie-Chantal Villeneuve who will give you an appointment (a set ENTRY time) for the set-up and installation of your booth and any additional information regarding logistics coordination.
Normal security measures are in place during the Show. Place Bonaventure employees are on duty 24 hours a day, from the beginning of set-up until the end. The Show Management (SIDIM) assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of any nature.
ARRIVAL AND SET-UP

Dismantling and removal
Dismantling and removal of booths will begin on Saturday May 7th, at 6:00 p.m, until Sunday, May 8th afternoon at 10:00 a.m.
No vehicle will be allowed on the loading dock without the coupon issued by the Place Bonaventure. The exhibitor must transfer all its equipment at the loading dock to get this coupon and then return it to its carrier. Once the vehicle at the dock, you will have 30 minutes MAXIMUM to load your vehicle. We ask you to be punctual. All violators will be towed at their expense.
Please note that your space must be free of all waste products; otherwise you will be charged for the cleaning.
