THE MINIMALIST HOUSE WILL OFFICIALLY LAUNCH ITS SERVICES DURING SIDIM TO BE HELD FROM MAY 21 TO 23 2015 AT PLACE BONAVENTURE OF MONTREAL. THE NEW SEQUOIA MODEL WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SITE.
These tiny houses are fully equipped and designed so that a group of 2 to 4 people can live there. In addition, they have the added bonus of being mobile, that is to say, they can be towed by a conventional truck such as a Ford F-150 or F-250. Main or second home, cottage, studio, office, hunting camp … Minimaliste’s creativity has no limits. In addition, the company offers a travel and delivery service so that customers need not own a truck if they are interested in our products.
The key area we focus on with our clients is customization. Minimaliste small buildings are powered similarly to an RV with a 30 amp receptacle, using a regular home socket, a generator, or stored energy from optional solar panels installed on the roof. The combustion source for cooking appliances and heating systems comes from propane tanks (one or two, depending on the surface area of the house) attached to the outside of the mobile home. The Minimalistes small house includes all the necessary kitchen equipment, washing machine, drying cabinet, standard shower, composting toilet, two queen beds and lots of storage. In terms of design and interior design, Minimaliste will amaze you! The ingenuity of the custom cabinetry and interior finish will delight more than one! Appliances, beds and even the toilet are built and integrated into the design to create a sense of “grandeur” and comfort in a small space.
